Care and Feeding
Hey! I finally got WordPress upgraded today. Woot! I should have done this a long time ago. Even though I had to do the upgrade manually, it was still pretty darn quick and easy. The interface is much nicer than the previous version’s. There are some newer plugins I need to check out. But I still don’t see a feature enabling the blog to write itself.
How about a few interesting bits I’ve come across somewhat recently?
Facebook: Trying to get it
I’m trying to get it. But I’ve gotta be missing something. I like to stay reasonably on top of leading-edge web tech and trends. I don’t jump for the latest hype, but I do pay attention to what’s happening on the intertubes. This Facebook thing is supposedly hot stuff. I’m totally there.

Hello, world!
Hey, it works! That’s how a lot of beginning programming books start you off, with the simplest little program you can write. I thought it appropriate to start off my educational experiment in public writing in the same spirit. This is an imperfect start to what I’m sure will be an imperfect blog, but how else are you gonna start? Well… maybe an introduction?
